Our Story
Two paths.
One shared vision.
The story of Zanzi Trekking and Safaris began on the mountain. Every great journey begins with a story — ours with a conversation between two people whose very different worlds converged on the slopes of Kilimanjaro.
Today we are a proud locally owned tour operator based in Arusha, Tanzania, offering unforgettable safaris, mountain expeditions, beach holidays, and cultural experiences across East Africa. While our roots are firmly planted in Tanzania, our vision extends far beyond borders.

Honest
Field Expert & Licensed Guide
Honest began his journey as a porter on Mount Kilimanjaro. Through years of dedication he earned his guide license and became a fully licensed Kilimanjaro and safari guide. His deep field experience and knowledge of the mountains and safari industry is unmatched.
Abdu
Engineer & Global Explorer
An engineer and passionate traveler who has explored more than 80 countries across the globe. His international perspective gave him a deep appreciation for cultures, people, and the transformative power of travel to create meaningful connections.

Only a small percentage of tour operators in Tanzania meet the standards required to become KPAP partners.
